BOLIVIA AMAZON EMERGENCY RELIEF FUND

Wildfires in Bolivia have burned through more than 10 million hectares (nearly 25 million acres) in the country's tropical east, scorching wildlife, homes and community. Massive fires caused by “chaqueos” – a practice of clearing land by fire – have devastated the Bolivian Amazon, with tropical forests destroyed, dozens of communities largely made up of indigenous people displaced and thousands of wildlife charred or dead.

Our partner, La Senda Verde with whom WELL/BEINGS first began to work with in 2020, we continue to support with your help. Every donation will aid substantially in supporting rehabilitation, restoration and protection for animals, people and their home impacted.
